This review is a full 3 months overdue!  Billotti’s Catering catered my wedding in mid-January and I received nothing but amazing compliments about the food.  From my first chat with Nick, the owner, I knew that he was the right man for the job.  He answered all of my questions, didn’t put on “the pressure” like other caterers and had a real “can do” attitude.  He worked with me to create a custom menu of a fun pasta bar, slider station, salad station and bruschetta bar that fit perfectly with our casual outdoor estate wedding.
He came the day before the event to set up tables, chairs, linens etc and the day of the wedding he took care of every little detail.  Let me tell you just how DELICIOUS the pasta bar is!!!  Being that it was my own wedding I barely got to eat because I was so busy mingling and taking photos BUT the plate I had was to die for!  He mixed penne pasta with mushrooms, sausage, chicken, marinara, cream sauce and caramelized onions…YUM!!!  The salads were fresh and awesome and the bruschetta was so flavorful.  I don’t even usually like bruschetta but this one was soooo good!
I highly recommend using Nick at Billotti’s Catering for any wedding or event.  If I ever have another reason to celebrate and need a caterer, I would use him again without thinking twice.  He was reasonably priced, creative, personable and an absolute joy to work with.  The passion he has for his craft is evident in all he does.  Thank you Nick for helping make our day such a delicious success!!!
