1. Q: What is the minimum to use Billotti’s services?
A: Depending on which service you desire the minimum will change; drop off services require an order of no less than $500.00 before taxes and delivery. For buffet, pasta bar, family style or plated dinner services a $900.00 minimum is required for the food portion before tax and service charge.
2. Q: What cities, towns and counties does Billotti’s serve?
A: We have clients from San Diego, Orange and Los Angeles counties. Depending on the distance, a greater service charge may be added.
3. Q: How much event assistance does Billotti’s offer?
A: We are a full service catering company. We can coordinate, design and execute your entire event from all your rental items, catering, wedding/event planning, and staffing. We are also in contact with many vendors such as photographers and videographers, cake, hair, makeup and floral designers. Please let us know how much assistance you may need for your event.
4. Q: Does Billotti’s offer bar service?
A: We are not licensed to sell alcohol. However, we able to offer licensed and certified bar tenders. All bar tenders include their own tools for service. Mixers not included in the hourly rate.
